- Costs depend on weight & distance.
2. Processing & Dispatch
- Orders dispatched within 24–48 hours.
- Orders placed late night may roll to next day dispatch.
3. Delivery Partners & Methods
- We work with multiple courier partners.
- Standard delivery only (no express at the moment).
4. Timelines
- India: 3–7 business days.
- International: timelines vary by destination.
- Delays may occur due to courier/customs.
5. Tracking
- You’ll get a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
6. Customs & Duties
- For international shipments, Nvrbefor is responsible for duties & taxes.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
- If package arrives damaged/tampered, don’t accept delivery & send us photos.
- We’ll handle it — you won’t bear the loss.
8. Failed Deliveries
- Courier makes 3 attempts. If still unsuccessful, package returns to us.
- For partial COD orders, payment is non-refundable.
- Redeliveries may be charged extra.
Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you order. But if something’s off, here’s how we handle it:
1. Eligibility
- Returns/exchanges allowed within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with tags & original packaging.
- No perfume, stains, tears, scratches, or foul odor.
- Sets must be returned as complete sets.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Used items.
- Damaged after delivery.
- Anything beyond the 7-day window.
3. How to Initiate
- Reach us via email (customerservice@nvrbefor.com) or our website form.
- Provide order number, reason, and photos.
4. Costs & Credits
- No direct refunds. You’ll receive store credits valid for 1 year.
- For exchanges, Nvrbefor bears return shipping costs.
- Exchange subject to availability (since drops are limited).
5. Inspection
- All returns are inspected upon receipt.
- If the product fails inspection, return/exchange may be denied.
6. Processing Time
- Once approved, store credits will reflect in your account within 24 hours.
