• No perfume, stains, tears, scratches, or foul odour.
  
  

• Sets must be returned as complete sets.
  
  

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Used items.
  
  

• Damaged after delivery.
  
  

• Anything beyond the 7-day window.
  
  

3. How to Initiate

• Reach us via email (customerservice@nvrbefor.com) or our website form.
  
  

• Provide order number, reason, and photos.
  
  

4. Costs & Credits

• No direct refunds. You’ll receive store credits valid for 1 year.
  
  

• For exchanges, Nvrbefor bears return shipping costs.
  
  

• Exchange subject to availability (since drops are limited).
  
  

5. Inspection

• All returns are inspected upon receipt.
  
  

• If the product fails inspection, return/exchange may be denied.
  
  

6. Processing Time

Once approved, store credits will reflect in your account within 24 hours.
