  • “Customer/User” = you, the legend shopping with us.

  • “Website” = nvrbefor.com and all connected pages.

  • “Order” = what you place through our online store.

4. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate details when ordering.

  • Don’t misuse the website (no copying, stealing, or reselling).

  • Respect our content — designs, logos, and images belong to Nvrbefor.

5. Orders & Payments

  • Orders depend on stock availability.

  • Payment Methods: debit/credit card, UPI, partial COD.

  • If payment fails → try another method.

  • No cash refunds. Refunds are only via store credits (valid 1 year).

6. Pricing & Promotions

  • Prices are fixed unless you use coupons or gift cards purchased online.

  • Promotions/coupons may have conditions — misuse = we cancel.

7. Delivery & Ownership

  • Once delivered, the product is your responsibility.

  • Ownership transfers after successful delivery.

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

8. Our Rights

  • We can cancel orders if stock runs out (prepaid orders get priority).

  • We may limit quantities or refuse service to prevent misuse.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content (designs, drops, images, branding) is owned by Nvrbefor.

  • You may view/share, but not copy/reproduce.

10. Warranties & Liability

  • Products can be exchanged if:

    • wrong item received,

    • product doesn’t fit, or

    • defective piece (within 7 days).

  • No warranties beyond this.

  • We’re not liable for indirect losses (missed events, third-party delays, etc.).

11. Governing Law & Disputes

  • Governed by Punjab, India laws.

  • Any disputes → reach us via customerservice@nvrbefor.com before taking further steps.

12. Miscellaneous

  • If part of these Terms is invalid, the rest still applies.

  • We may update these Terms anytime. Keep checking before placing an order.
